Orders are processed on business days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you place an order during the weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.
After your order has been processed, you will receive a prepayment invoice via email. Product pickup at the warehouse or delivery will be arranged after the payment is received.
Payment
Please note that it is not possible to make payments in cash or by bank card.
Invoices can only be paid via bank transfer to the company’s bank account — the account details are provided in the prepayment invoice.
When making the payment, please include the prepayment invoice number in the payment reference.
