To use it, simply connect the module via USB (Plug &amp; Play), then establish a WLAN or Ethernet connection. The network can support up to 10 devices. Data transmission follows the 802.11b/g/n standard with a frequency range of 2.412 GHz to 2.484 GHz. Communication with third-party management systems is also possible if they comply with the Huawei Smart Dongle communication protocol.</p>
<p>Commissioning the WLAN module is quick and easy. An LED indicator shows the current module status and assists with setup. Once connected, the dongle is almost unnoticeable. With dimensions of 146 x 48 x 33 mm and a total weight of only 90 g, the technology stays in the background and works reliably. The Smart Dongle A-05 WLAN-FE can be used in nearly any environment, partly thanks to its IP65 protection rating. Temperature and humidity tolerance ranges are -30°C to +65°C and 5% to 95%, respectively. Typical power consumption is 2.5 watts, even lower than some 4G dongles.</p>
<p>Before purchasing, check compatibility with the inverter; the Smart Dongle A-05 WLAN-FE works with many SUN2000 series models. For maximum security, the wireless connection is encrypted using WPA/WPA2 or TKIP/CCMP/AES protocols.</p>
