If the consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such a mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal provisions of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including, but not limited to, the “Consumer Rights Protection Law” of the Republic of Latvia, the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations “Regulations on Distance Contracts,” and others.

The prices and specifications of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to each product.

To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all the required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method.

After your order has been processed, you will receive a prepayment invoice via email. Product pickup at the warehouse or delivery will be arranged after the payment is received.

Invoice payments can be made via bank transfer to the company’s bank account, the details of which are provided on the proforma invoice. When making the payment, please indicate the proforma invoice number in the payment reference.

Please note that it is not possible to make payments in cash or by bank card.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a withdrawal form, which can be found here (FORM) by sending it to the email address info@rnrg.lv within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The Buyer is obligated to return the Goods to the Seller without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form to the online store. After receiving the returned goods, the online store will promptly, but no later than within 14 days, refund all payments received from the Buyer based on the Distance Contract.

The Seller has the right to withhold payment until it has received the Goods from the Buyer.

The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell the goods and to request the return of the goods from the Buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.

The online store is responsible for any non-conformity or defects of the goods sold to the Buyer that occur within 6 months from the date of delivery to the customer or were present at the time of delivery, provided that this assumption does not contradict the nature of the item or defect. The Buyer must inform the Seller about the non-conformity immediately, within 2 months of its discovery, i.e., a complaint must be submitted. The Buyer can file a complaint by contacting the online store via email at info@rnrg.lv or by calling 25755524.

The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request repair of the defects or exchange for new goods free of charge.

If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller shall refund the Buyer all payments stipulated in the Distance Contract. The Seller shall provide a written response to the consumer's complaint within 15 days.

The online store processes only those personal data that the buyer has entered when ordering products, such as name, surname, email, etc.

The online store transfers personal data to the transport service provider(s) to ensure the delivery of goods.

For matters not covered in these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller agree to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.

Both Parties shall resolve any disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties shall settle the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with Latvian laws and regulations. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may also be referred for resolution to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

The Buyer also has the right to apply to the European Union dispute resolution bodies.
